Processing
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day leave the warehouse the next business day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $4.95
- Free on orders over $50
Delivery times
- United States: 3 to 6 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom and EU: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods and customs can add time.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the carrier's site shows any movement.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven days, email support@hana-soap.com. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you.
Wrong address
We can change a delivery address before the parcel ships. After that we have to wait for it to come back to us, which takes two to three weeks. We then resend it at no extra cost.
Customs and duty
International orders may attract import duty or tax on arrival. That is set by your country and is your responsibility. We cannot label parcels as gifts or understate their value.
