Using the store
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security, and not to reproduce or resell any part of it without our written permission.
Products and pricing
We try to show colours and images as accurately as your screen allows. We cannot guarantee your screen is accurate.
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at any time.
If a product or price is listed in error we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received a confirmation email.
What this product is
Hana is a cosmetic soap for external use. It is intended to cleanse and deodorise the skin. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Stop using it if irritation occurs, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist first if you or your child has a skin condition or a known allergy.
Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel orders that look fraudulent, or that are placed by resellers or distributors without our agreement.

Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, photo or suggestion, you agree we may use, edit and publish it without payment or obligation. You confirm it is your own and does not break anyone else's rights. We may remove anything unlawful or abusive.

Links to other sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms.
Severability and the whole agreement
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and any policies posted on this site are the whole agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes fall to the Portuguese courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
